Kevin Noell was a speaker at The Big Deal – NBA Brownfields 2007 held in Chicago,
Illinois. Two thousand of the top real estate and brownfield professionals from across the
US and Canada, as well as leaders from industry and the public sector, met for two days
of deal making, education, and networking opportunities. Included were more than 20
breakout sessions and roundtables, plenary sessions, a property showcase, and exhibits.
The Big Deal was hosted by the National Brownfield Associations, a nonprofit
organization that promotes the responsible redevelopment of brownfields, and its partner,
the City of Chicago, a national leader in urban green design.
Kevin moderated the session “NBA’s STAMP: Chicago’s West Pullman Site” and was a
participant in the sessions “Measuring Success in Brownfields” and “Tax Increment

explore how they can work successfully together. Using PETCO Park as a prime
