Kevin A. Noell
Partner and Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Noell, partner and chief executive officer of MetroNova Development, directs the company’s operations, providing guidance and support for all development activities. His responsibilities include the evaluation, planning and entitlements of new projects as well as relationships with investors, lenders, and joint venture partners.

Prior to forming MetroNova Development, he was partner and President of The Allen Group, a real estate developer of industrial and office properties in California and across the West. Noell has developed over four million square feet of commercial, residential and mixed use properties with a market value in excess of $500 million.

Noell has served on several boards, including the executive board of Valley Commerce Bancorp, where he was vice chairman. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the California Redevelopment Association and serves on the board of the California Chapter of the National Brownfield Association. He is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo.
